Cancellation Policy

All ticket and table purchases for the event are final. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1) Confirmation: A confirmation of your ticket purchase will be sent via email upon successful payment. Please ensure you provide a valid email address during the registration process. 2) Non-Refundable Sales: All ticket and table sales are non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided for any purchase. 3) Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to another individual or company. Ticket transfers must be communicated to the event organizers in advance and are subject to their approval. The original ticket holder is responsible for coordinating the transfer and ensuring that the new attendee agrees to these terms and conditions.
