Imelda Aspinall, Travel Manager, EMEA APAC, ITV

With over 10 years’ experience in Travel Management, Imelda started her career in Travel Procurement at KPMG, before moving to MBDA in 2014 to take on the role of UK Travel Manager and Group Coordinator. MBDA operates in 5 EU countries and Imelda implemented significant changes in both policies and processes to improve efficiencies and produce significant savings. The savings and improvements made at MBDA won Imelda the 2018 UK Travel Manager of the Year award at the ITM conference.

Shortly after, in May 2018, Imelda joined the Procurement team at ITV where she now heads up Travel Management for the UK, EMEA and APAC. Her role spans across managing travel spend, policies, end‐to‐end booking procedures and travel suppliers. ITV’s Travel programme focusses mainly on production bookings, and encompasses TMC, air, hotel, rail, ground transportation and traveller tracking, ensuring all production and corporate travellers benefit from group buying power and high levels of service from an experienced travel team. She lives in Hertfordshire with her husband, two children and far too many pets.
