Benjamin Concepcion, VP Global Business Travel & Expense Management Governance, Schneider Electric

Benjamin Concepcion is the VP of Global Business Travel and Expense Management at Schneider Electric (SE).  Prior to joining SE this year, he was Global Head of Business Travel and Meetings, Congress and Events (MCE) Governance at Novartis, overseeing a program spanning over 100 countries.  Originally, from San Francisco, California, Benjamin held various leadership roles at CWT as senior director of its Energy-Marine Global Travel Services division and at TCG Consulting where he specialized on strategic program design and TMC sourcing.  Prior to joining the travel industry, he worked at George P. Johnson (GPJ) as marketing strategist for various technology companies.  Benjamin holds a master’s degree in international management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management and completed executive programs on ‘Customer-Focused Innovation’ at Stanford Graduate School of Business and the National University of Singapore (NUS).
